Seller Information

ONLINE VENDOR REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN AND CLOSES JUNE 11 AT 5PM.
    • Day of Registration ($30/space) - Friday, June 12 | 12-6pm

Standard seller (1 parking space-9’x18’), Non-Profit Vendor (2 parking spaces-18'x18'), and Commercial Vendors (2 parking spaces-18’x18’).

  • Standard Seller Space - $20.00
  • Non-Profit Vendor - $100
  • Premium Vendor/Commercial Space - $250.00
*Please note: there will be a held ‘open’ space on each side of every seller.

All food vendor spaces have been filled, and we no longer accept food vendor applications!

Garage Sale Sellers
  • Individuals selling used, secondhand, or personal items
  • Includes garage sale items, antiques, collectibles, furniture, clothing, toys, and household goods
  • Perfect for spring cleaning finds, downsizing, or clearing out storage

Commercial/Premium Vendors

  • Businesses or individuals selling new, handcrafted, boutique, or specialty items
  • Includes small businesses, artisans, crafters, direct sales reps, and specialty retailers
  • Great for boutique clothing, jewelry, home décor, handmade goods, gourmet foods, and branded merchandise
  • Positioned in prime vendor spaces
  • LLCs, S-Corps, and other registered business entities are welcome to apply
    • Premium/Commercial Vendors, COI required

Non-Profit Vendor (2 parking spaces-18x18)

  • Sale of branded merchandise specific to your non-profit or previous events hosted
  • Sale of appropriate merchandise or services to help fund your charity or program
  • Can be informational and promotional, sales not required.
  • Fundraising must be approved by MM management and must be specific to the organization or an event you’re hosting. Raffles or drawings must be approved; it is not appropriate to ask for donations.
