You agree to be fully responsible for your own postings and agree to access and use MetraPark.com at your own risk on an as-is basis.  You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name/log in.  You are responsible for keeping your password secure.  You must not abuse, harass, threaten impersonate or intimidate other MetraPark.com users.  You may not use the MetraPark.com site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.  You are responsible for complying with all laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.  You are solely responsible for your conduct and any event data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, links and audio and video clips that you submit, post, and display on MetraPark.com.  You are responsible for obtaining all appropriate permissions for any photos that you post at MetraPark.com including but not limited to releases for other persons appearing in photos that you submit to MetraPark.com.  MetraPark.com is intended for personal use.  You must not modify, adapt or hack MetraPark.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with MetraPark.com.  You must not create or submit unwanted email to any MetraPark.com users or members.  You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of destructive nature.  You must not, in the use of MetraPark.com violate any laws in your jurisdiction including but not limited to copyright laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold MetraPark and Yellowstone County and our affiliates and their respective, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs (including reasonable attorney's fees) that arise out of any of your submissions and postings to MetraPark.com and any material contained therein, including, without limitation, any material posted or otherwise provided by you that infringes any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of any person or defames any person or violates any person's rights of publicity or privacy.

We have the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, move, or delete all user submitted content of MetraPark.com to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by us and to satisfy any law, regulation, authorized government request or trade association guideline. 

MetraPark.com may provide links to or automatically produce search results for third-party Web sites or resources or third-party information referencing or linking to third-party Web sites or resources. We have no control over such third-party Web sites and resources, and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or information contained therein. We cannot and do not guarantee, represent or warrant that the content or information contained in such third-party Web sites and resources is accurate, legal, noninfringing or inoffensive. We do not endorse the content or information of any third-party web site or resource and, further, we do not warrant that such Web sites or resources will not contain viruses or other malicious code or will not otherwise affect your computer. By using MetraPark.com to search for or link to a third-party web site, you agree and understand that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of, or reliance on, MetraPark.com to obtain search results or to link to a third-party Web site.

We may, from time to time, change this Agreement. We will post a copy of the changed Agreement on MetraPark.com. Your continued use of MetraPark.com constitutes your agreement to abide by this Agreement as changed. Any breach of this Agreement may result in termination of your access to MetraPark.com, without notice, in addition to the other remedies available to MetraPark.
