MetraPark does not have an in-house agency to manage an event advertising campaign, but has some marketing resources to assist in event promotion. Most of these are at no cost to the promoter and are provided on an availability basis.
All Events are listed in our events calendar. We can link to an external event site as provided. Promoters should provide an image and description for their event listing.
MetraPark All Access Members receive a weekly e-newsletter detailing upcoming events. This is also where we notify them of any upcoming promotions or contests and drive them back to the website.

). If a promoter wishes to offer a special promotion or contest to MetraPark’s Friends, Fans or Followers, MetraPark is willing to collaborate when we feel it is an offer appropriate for this group.
We will electronically distribute one news release per event to our regional media list at no charge to an event promoter.
MetraPark does a monthly newspaper ad in the entertainment section of our regional daily paper that lists upcoming events several weeks out and also highlights events that are on-sale at our box office on a space available basis. This is provided at no charge when space is available.
MetraPark has an outdoor scrolling marquee, an outdoor graphic/video marquee, monitors in the First Interstate Arena lobby and concourses and an indoor graphic/video marquee in the arena. Your upcoming event will be featured on each of these signs at least one week prior to the event and in many cases much earlier as space allows.
Promoters holding events at MetraPark have the option to purchase ticket stuffer advertising. Ticket stuffers are approximately 3.5” x 8.5” and are inserted into MetraPark ticket envelopes. Patrons purchasing tickets for other events at MetraPark will get your event’s information direct in their hands.
